NAUGATUCK, CT β€” An Oxford teen has been charged in connection to robbery and burglary incidents earlier this year in Naugatuck, according to police.

In a news release, police said the 16-year-old was arrested Wednesday in Oxford on outstanding arrest warrants, as well as a court-ordered "take into custody." Ansonia police and the Oxford Resident State Trooper's Office provided assistance.

The arrest stems from a Jan. 10 robbery, during which an elderly Naugatuck woman parked her car at a Cumberland Farms on Rubber Avenue.
