Theater Community Baby Boom in 2016 [UPDATED]

John Ozerhoski, the "Johnny" in WZBG's Saturday morning staple 'Backstage with Johnny O,' took a few minutes during his final program of 2016 to recap the theatre people baby boom that happened during 2016. While I was aware of most of these new arrivals, there were a couple that I had missed. So thank you to Mr. Ozerhoski for this complete list.

AJ and Alyssa (Fontana) Bunel welcomed Lily Margaret on March 31.

Meric and Martha Martin brought forth Anneka Elisabeth on May 19.

Meredith and Dan Porri are the proud parents of Cecilia Rose on June 22. Miss Cecilia made her debut at the Nancy Marine Studio Theatre in the recent production of 'A Charlie Brown Christmas.'

Michael and Rosanne Gowdy welcomed the only boy in the group Marcus Michael on August 21.

Frank and Caitlin Beaudry followed closely when they became the parents of Sayler Margaret on August 22.

Jim and Kate Buffone welcomed the first autumn baby, on October 4, a little girl they named Ella Renee.

And finally, John himself and his wife Rebecca Russo added a new member to their family on November 29, a little girl they named Ilaria Noelle.

In addition, Dan and Juliette Koch officially adopted Arianna and Donovan last year on November 24, and the adoption of Brooklyn was finalized on October 3 of this year.

Congratulations to all these theatre families on their new additions.
