Truck Containing $15K Worth Of Goods Stolen: Naugatuck Police

NAUGATUCK, CT β€” A business truck containing $15,000 worth of tools and kitchen materials was stolen this morning, Naugatuck Police say.

At 7:30 AM Naugatuck police responded to a reported stolen vehicle from a business located on Elm Street. The business reported that a β€œbox truck” was taken sometime overnight from their parking lot.

The vehicle is described as a β€œVita Marble truck,” a 2006 Ford model β€œE450” box truck displaying CT Reg# AE21272 (Commercial Registration), police said. The truck is fully wrapped in Vita logos and is the only truck the company owns that is wrapped and detailed, police said.

The business stated that the truck was locked and that they still have in their possession the only set of keys to the vehicle, police said. The business further advised that the truck was stocked with approximately $15,000 worth of tools and kitchen materials, police said.
