Two Arrested After Stealing Money From Accounts: Naugatuck PD
The two stole from accounts over a period of time, according to police.
NAUGATUCK, CT β Two people were arrested after they stole money from several accounts over time, according to police.
Olivia Santana, 21, of New Haven and Angelika Bakota, 21, of Shelton were charged with third-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny. Bakota was arrested Feb. 19 and Santana Feb. 20.
Third-degree larceny involves thefts between $2,000 and $10,000.

Santana was released on a $5,000 bond and Bakota was held in lieu of $5,000 bail.
