WATERBURY - U.S. Secretary of Education Miguel Cardona stopped in at Waterbury’s Seven Angels Theatre on Sunday, February 26 to see the Pa’Lante Theater Company’s world premiere production of “Calling Puerto Rico”. Before the show he met and chatted with the cast about the show.
