Wanted Man Slices Woman With Razor Blade At Mall: Police

Police say the man was also wanted on a warrant stemming from a Naugatuck incident. The accused was released on a $25,000 bond.

MILFORD, CT β€” A wanted Waterbury man is accused of cutting a woman with a razor blade while they were at the mall, police said. On Feb. 16, police responded to the report of a possible domestic violence incident taking place on the property of the Connecticut Post Mall, 1201 Boston Post Road, police said.

Investigation led to the arrest of Manual Armstrong, 26, of East Main Street, who is accused of slicing a woman he was with in the arm and neck with a razor blade, police said.

Further investigation showed Armstrong to have an active arrest warrant accusing him of failing to appear in court on September 4, 2018 stemming from a motor vehicle arrest in Naugatuck on July 27, 2018, police said.

He is charged with second-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace and second-degree failure to appear. He was released on a $25,000 bond.
