Waterbury HEALTH Welcomes New Physician

From Waterbury HEALTH: Jemel M. Bingham, MD has joined Alliance Medical Group, an affiliate of Waterbury HEALTH. Dr. Bingham is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Bingham received his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in the West Indies. He completed his residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at Aurora Sinai Medical Center in Wisconsin, where he served as chief resident during his fourth year of residency. Dr. Bingham is a member of the American Medical Association and the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons.

Dr. Bingham specializes in high risk obstetrics, contraception management, family planning, preventative healthcare, minimally invasive surgery, robotic surgery, laparoscopic surgery, and hysteroscopic surgery. Dr. Bingham comes to Waterbury HEALTH with over nine years of clinical experience, most recently in private practice at Cornerstone Family Healthcare in New York. He is joined by his spouse and two children, ages nine and seven. In addition to spending time with his family, he enjoys reading, gardening, music and sports.

Dr. Bingham is located at 140 Grandview Avenue, Waterbury and will be also be seeing patients at the Waterbury HEALTH location at 777 Echo Lake Road in Watertown.
