Elbert Chang, DO, and Nandi Chihombori-Quao, MD, have has joined Alliance Medical Group, an affiliate of Waterbury HEALTH.

Dr. Chang and Dr. Chihombori-Quao specialize in obstetrics and gynecology. They will be practicing at 140 Grandview Ave., Suite 202 in Waterbury, and at 777 Echo Lake Road in Watertown. Both are accepting new patients. To make an appointment with Dr. Chang or Dr. Chihombori-Quao call: 203-755-2344.
Dr. Chang received his medical degree from William Carey University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Hattiesburg, Mississippi and completed his residency training at Mercy Health in Muskegon, Michigan, where he was trained in a full scope of general obstetrics and gynecological disorders, as well as, minimally invasive surgery, including da Vinci® robotic laparoscopic surgery.

Dr. Chang is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the American Urogynecologic Society, and the American Medical Association.
Dr. Chang has a particular interest in urogynecological disorders, including urinary incontinence, pelvic floor dysfunction, and pelvic organ prolapse.
Dr. Chihombori-Quao received her medical degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis. She completed her post graduate training in obstetrics and gynecology at Baystate Medical Center in Massachusetts where she was trained in a full scope of general obstetrics and gynecological disorders, as well as, minimally invasive surgery, including da Vinci® robotic and laparoscopic surgery. Dr. Chihombori-Quao holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Yale University.
Dr. Chihombori-Quao is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the Massachusetts Medical Society. Dr. Chihombori-Quao’s clinical interests include contraception and comprehensive family planning, sexual health and medicine, gender-affirming surgery, low and high-risk obstetrics, health disparities and bias in obstetrics and gynecology.
