Waterbury Man Accused of Swiping 8 Cases of Beer in Naugatuck

Naugatuck police say Richard Timms, 38, of Graaher Street in Waterbury is charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly stealing eight cases of beer valued at $119 from Stop & Shop on July 7, according to the Citzen’s News.
