Waterbury Man Charged In Fatal Crash
A Waterbury man has been charged with manslaughter in connection with an April crash.
WATERBURY, CT — A Waterbury man was arrested in connection with an April 22 fatal crash, according to The New Haven Register. Jamall Smith, 26, of Sheldon Street, was charged with second-degree assault with a motor vehicle, illegal operation of motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, and second-degree manslaughter.
He was held on $100,000 bond, The Register reported.
