Watertown Police Dept Receives Grants to Buy New Headsets

Watertown, CT - The Watertown Police Department received a grant for the purchase of 15 new communication headsets, made possible by a grant from the Thomaston Savings Bank Foundation 2019. The grant ceremony was held at the Opera House with Police Communications Supervisor Greg O’Brien receiving the grant from Susan Sadecki of Thomaston Savings Bank.

The $1,019 will buy headsets for the dispatchers/911 operators, police said.

The Watertown Police Department would like to express our sincere appreciation for the consideration and approval of the grant. We are looking forward to our continued collaborative relationship between Watertown Police Department and the Thomaston Savings Bank.
