Christopher Fortier announced on Friday morning that WATR is honoring three individuals as their 𝐖𝐀𝐑𝐑𝐈𝐎𝐑𝐒 𝐎𝐅 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐖𝐄𝐄𝐊 for being in the right place at the right time and joining forces to help to save the life of a local high school basketball player.
𝐌𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐧 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐞, 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐈𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐭 and 𝐋𝐢𝐬𝐚 𝐖𝐢𝐥𝐬𝐨𝐧 were singled out by Terence Lott for their instinct to rush in to offer aid to his son, Tylon, during a medical emergency on January 7. A junior at Holy Cross High School, Tylon had just left the court with his teammates at host Kennedy High School when he went into cardiac arrest. Without hesitation, the trio helped provide lifesaving CPR procedures, including the use of an automated external defibrillator before paramedics arrived.
