Protecting the health and safety of the credit union members and staff, remains the top priority.

Due to Connecticut’s recently elevated COVID-19 infection rates, effective Thursday, October 29th Branch Access will revert to by-appointment only in-branch visits, and Drive-up window service (no in-branch lobby or walk-in service).
WCTFCU continues to carefully comply with state and federal directives, and CDC guidelines for COVID-19. Effective Thursday, October 29th, and until further notice, the following protocols will continue:
• Appointment Only. In-branch visits must be scheduled in advance as appointments.
• Health Status. Do not schedule an appointment or come to the branch if you have a fever, flu-like symptoms or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19.
• Masks & Distancing. As required by CT state law when in-branch you MUST wear a face mask over your nose & mouth, and follow social distancing guidelines. If you do not have a face mask, we will provide a paper one. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
• ID Required. For security purposes, prior to entering the branch for your appointment, we may ask you to present ID and briefly lower your face mask for proper identification.
• No Loitering. We will endeavor to keep your appointment as brief as possible. Please limit the people you bring with you, to only those necessary to the appointed transaction.
