Gentle Beginner's Yoga

Want to get started in yoga but need the basics or think the moves may be too rough on you? No worries, with our group. The Yoga group meets each Monday evening after the library closes. Paula Lantieri, RYT, leads the sessions. Interested? Bring a yoga mat if you are able and wear clothes suitable for exercise. A donation of $5 per session for the instructor is suggested.

If you're feeling stressed out, dealing with upsetting situations, or just looking to add more peace and clarity to your life, consider our contemplative time. Sachin Hazen, founder / director of Keiki Ananda, will lead the mindful sessions and offer opportunities for questions and discussion. Group meets on the 2nd, 4th, and any 5th Tuesdays of the month.

You'll have an opportunity to reach members of the community by: Making a presentation; Leaving brochures, coupons, or information about your line of work; Putting items on display; and/or Setting up a trade-show style table.
