Quinnipiac University Theater will present, “Professor Woland’s Black Magic Rock Show,” on Oct. 25, 26, 27 and 31 and Nov. 1 and 2. CJ Janis plays in the pit for this musical.

The rock musical, based on Mikhail Bulgakov’s banned classic “The Master and Margarita,” will take place at the Theatre Arts Center, 515 Sherman Ave.

John O’Hurley: A Man With Standards will be presented at Waterbury’s Palace Theater on Saturday at 8:00pm. O’Hurley, a native of West Hartford, will then perform the show on Sunday, Oct. 27 at 4 p.m. at Playhouse on Park, 244 Park Road, West Hartford.
