Waterbury, CT – Wing It On!, a locally owned and operated restaurant group since 2011, is expanding its business operations this year by way of franchising locations throughout CT and eventually New England.
Owner Matt Ensero has operated Wing It On! at 516 Frost Rd, Waterbury for the past 3 years and opened a 2nd location at 170 Main St, Oakville in 2013. The Oakville location also serves as a commissary for both restaurants as well as Wing It On! at the Pourhouse Sports Taverns in Naugatuck and Wolcott where Wing It On has active licensing agreements in place. Recently, the newly developed Wing It On! Express concept debuted at the Sunshine Food Mart in Meriden.

The restaurants offer a full service menu that includes classic and boneless wings with 18 varieties of delicious freshly made wing sauces. In addition to wings, Wing It On! or "WIO" (pronounced Wee-Oh) as it has come to be known by its loyal fan base, also offers an array of sandwiches, gourmet burgers, wraps, unique side items such as fried pickle chips and fried jalapenos, and salads for dine-in, lunch time delivery or take-out.
Current plans call for the opening of several franchises in CT over the next few years and to expand into other states as well.
