Winning $825K Lottery Ticket Sold In Newington

NEWINGTON, CT — If you recently purchased a Connecticut Lottery scratch-off ticket at a Newington gas station, be sure to double-check your numbers — you may be the winner of $825,000.

The unclaimed 200X scratch-off ticket was sold at Sunoco, 3191 Berlin Turnpike, Pennsylvania Lottery officials said Wednesday.

Any instant cash prizes above $50,000 or more are payable only in person at Connecticut Lottery headquarters, located at 777 Brook St. in Rocky Hill.
