Woman, 69, Stares at Young Girl in Walmart Bathroom Stall: Police
Naugatuck police say the juvenile female reported the incident to an adult family member.

Naugatuck police say at 5:39 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a domestic disturbance complaint.
Police say a female juvenile stated she was using the restroom when Virginia Lovig, 69, of Brookwood Road in Bethany, entered and while the juvenile was inside a stall, Lovig allegedly looked over the top of the stall and stared at the victim.
Police said the female juvenile left the restroom without further incident but reported it to an adult family member.

The accused and the victim do not know each other.
Lovig is charged with breach of peace and was released after posting $500 bond.
