Woman Accused of Assault at the Naugatuck Motor Lodge

Naugatuck police say Felicia Sammarco, 28, of New Haven, is accused of throwing an acquaintance to the ground and punching her at the Naugatuck Motor Lodge.

Police said on Monday at 4 p.m. Sammarco turned herself into police on an active arrest warrant.

The warrant was for an assault reported at the Naugatuck Motor Lodge on August 2. During an argument the accused threw the victim to the ground and punched her, police said.

Sammarco was charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault.
