Woman Intentionally Didn't Feed or Give Water to Her Dog For Days: Naugatuck Police
The woman was charged on a warrant this week on a cruelty to animal charge.

NAUGATUCK, CT — A woman is accused of not feeding or providing water for her dog for several days at a time, Naugatuck police said.
Police said Andrea Guliuzza, 33, of National Avenue in Waterbury was arrested on a warrant this week for a June 27, 2015 offense.
Naugatuck Police and Animal Control staff said in a news release that they found that Guliuzza had intentionally neglected a canine she owned by not providing food or water for the animal for several days at a time.

She is charged with cruelty to an animal and released after posting a $1,000 bond.
She will appear in Superior Court, Waterbury on Dec. 21.
