Woman Stole More Than $23,000 From Bank: Naugatuck Police
The accused is being held in lieu of a $50,000 bond.

NAUGATUCK, CT β A Derby woman is accused of stealing more than $20,000 from Ion Bank, Naugatuck Police said.
On Jan. 18, Michele Grant, 48, of North Avenue in Derby was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant stemmed from a fraud incident that occurred sometime around August 2017 involving Ion Bank where they sustained a loss of approximately $23,218.10, police said. The accused was held on a $50,000 bond.
Grant is charged with first-degree larceny. No other details were given.
