Woman Uses Cat Feces as Part of Neighbor Dispute: Naugatuck PD
Police say the accused spread feces all over the victim's property.

NAUGATUCK, CT — Naugatuck Police say a woman is accused of scattering feces on a neighbor's property as part of an ongoing dispute. On March 26, Stephanie Soltis, 51, of Quinn Street was charged on a warrant for a neighbor dispute that occurred on Sept. 2, 2017, police said.
Soltis scattered feces on the victim's deck, stairs, driveway and vehicle, police said. The accused owns several cats and it is believed the feces came from her pets, police said. She is charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief.
She was held initially on a $10,000 woman.
