Dear WTCAE Parents, Students, and Families,

In light of the ever-changing circumstances surrounding us and out of concern for our WTCAE families and staff, the WTCAE has imposed a few important and immediate changes we would like to share with you:

- Effective tomorrow (Monday, March 15), the WTCAE will suspend all classes and private lessons through Monday, March 30, resuming a normal schedule of classes and lessons on Tuesday, March 31. We are aligning our revised schedule with the Torrington Public Schools’ revised schedule. Because this is an ever-evolving situation which we are closely monitoring, this date may change. We are hopeful that we can keep to this newly revised schedule, which would mean that our Spring Term of 8-week classes would end on Saturday, May 15.
- The WTCAE will be closed during the window of time outlined above. However, we will still be monitoring the school email account daily. Should you need to reach a member of our WTCAE staff during this time, please email us at wtcae@warnertheatre.org or icarrington@warnertheatre.org. You can also call us at 860.489.7180 x148, but please know that messages on this line may not be monitored as regularly as our email inbox.
- Regarding our Young Actors Series production of Footloose, we will be sending out a separate correspondence to those participants with pertinent information.

Most of all, we wish you and your loved ones good health during these uncertain times. We are committed to our students and faculty members, and we hope that we will be able to resume our programs at the WTCAE very soon. Should there be any changes to the new, revised WTCAE schedule outlined above, will inform you via email as soon as possible.

We thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

All best wishes,

Isabel Carrington
Director of Education
Warner Theatre
