Yelling Naugatuck Man Tries to Pick Fight with Pedestrians: Police

Naugatuck, CT - A man yelling profanities is accused of trying to start fights with pedestrians while walking in Naugatuck, police said. 

Police said officers responded to the area of Cedar and Church streets for a suspicious party report. Achaunti Strong, 19, of Pond Street was walking in the area and yelling profanities and trying to start fights with pedestrians, police said. 

When police arrived he refused to stop yelling, police said. 

He is charged with breach of peace.
