NEW CANAAN, CT — New Canaan recorded 25 new business registrations in August, according to the Connecticut Business Registry.
Real estate and holding companies led the way with four filings, followed by clothing and accessories retailers.
Some interesting filings included a travel arrangement and reservation service business, an interior design business and a graphic design studio.
Filing with the state and opening for business are separate steps, so some of these companies may not be serving customers yet.
