Coach Rich Hickson praised the Rams' stronger second half, highlighted by Haley Schlafman's equalizing goal and several late chances that nearly produced a win.
• New Stephen Ministers: 'Christ does the work' (bridgeportdiocese.org) — Six parishioners at St. Aloysius Church in New Canaan were recently commissioned as Stephen Ministers after more than 50 hours of training to support fellow parishioners through personal crises.
