NEW CANAAN, CT — The New Canaan Town Council is scheduled to receive an update on recent financial results during an upcoming meeting scheduled for Wednesday night.
According to a meeting agenda available on the town website, the regular hybrid meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room.
In addition to the financial update, the council is also scheduled to consider approval of its 2027 meeting schedule, according to the agenda.
Another item listed on the agenda includes an update on the Health and Human Services Commission's Subcommittee on Senior Behavioral Health recently approved AARP Age-Friendly Community designation.
Council members are also expected to receive updates from its Bylaws and Ordinances, Education, Finance and Government, Health and Human Services, Infrastructure and Utilities, Public Safety, Affordable Housing and Land Use, Recreation and Conservation committees, according to the agenda.
The agenda also includes approval of minutes from the July 15 regular meeting and special meetings held July 27 and Aug. 12.
