BeneTrac Hires Mariangel Guevara for Washington D.C., Virginia, and Maryland

BeneTrac is announcing it has hired Mariangel Guevara as regional sales director for Washington D.C., Virginia, and Maryland. Based in Washington D.C., Guevara draws on eight years of sales experience. Her most current position, prior to her BeneTrac employment, was as an employee benefits advisor at Assurant, where she worked extensively with brokers and HR managers.

Guevara graduated Cum Laude from University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in criminology.  She also holds her Health, Life, and Annuities license from the state of Florida.

“Mariangel brings in-depth knowledge of the insurance industry and first-hand experience working with clients and brokers who are utilizing our services currently. Her combined sales background and customer service experience will be an asset for BeneTrac and our customers,” said Summer Hamilton, vice president of sales for the benefit management technology company. “With the Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia markets a strong focus for BeneTrac, we look forward to working with Mariangel to expand our footprint in the area.”

Guevara will consult with brokers, carriers, human resources professionals, and benefits administrators to help new BeneTrac customers migrate from traditional paper-laden or other less-automated systems to BeneTrac’s robust employee benefits management technology.
