Apartments Pitched for Vitti Street in New Canaan

NEW CANAAN, CT—The space previously occupied by Napa Auto Parts and a dry cleaner on Vitti Street is being proposed as a spot for a 3.5-story apartment building.

A two-story commercial building is also part of the pitch, according to the New Canaan Advertiser.

There would be eight luxury rental apartment flats in the proposed building.

Commercial space would likely be occupied by a fitness or therapy company and medical officers on the second floor.
