Art Materials + Equipment Tag Sale Returns to New Canaan

From the Silvermine Arts Center: On Saturday, April 22, from 10 am to 4 pm, Silvermine Arts Center will host its popular Art Materials + Equipment Tag Sale at the School of Art. This special sale day is a tax-free event at Silvermine, and proceeds from the sale go to the School of Art Scholarship Fund for Children.

Great prices—$1 to $5 for many items—can be found throughout the tag sale. Items include paints (oil, acrylic, watercolor or pastels), paper (including card stock and hand-made paper), frames, stretcher bars, cameras, sculpture supplies, art books, and a variety of donated art equipment. Whether you are an art teacher, artist, student or are just looking for beautiful and unusual materials--or frames at tag sale prices, the April 22 sale is not to be missed.
