FARMINGTON, CT — While alive, Fotis Dulos was facing murder charges, a pair of foreclosures, a multi-million-dollar lawsuit from his mother-in-law and huge legal bills. And after his suicide, the estate of the man accused of murdering his estranged wife, Jennifer Farber Dulos, has a cadre of attorneys haggling over what remains of his assets.

Dulos, who died late last month, has reportedly been cremated, and his remains will go back to Greece. But the legal wrangling over his estate will continue, even though it does not appear that there is that much left considering the high-flying lifestyle he once enjoyed.

Seven attorneys showed up at a probate court hearing in Farmington this week seeking clarity on just what's left in Dulos' estate, writes the Hartford Courant.

Among those items are nearly $200,000 in a Fidelity account (likely in a retirement account and subject to probate), a cat, a Honda motorcycle, and various housewares.

The elderly cat named Madonna, which reportedly once belonged to Dulos' deceased mother, is currently being cared for by a friend of Dulos'.

Following Fotis Dulos' death, members of his family from Greece were staying at the Farmington home, and they reportedly tried to take some items before a probate judge put a stop to it.

In a court filing, Dulos' sister, Rena Kyrimi, said her brother's estate would soon be "under attack from adverse parties," writes Fox61.

Michelle Troconis, Fotis Dulos' ex-girlfriend, is seeking several items from the Farmington home, including a crepe maker, linens, glassware, skis, surfboard and a host of other things, writes the News-Times. Troconis and attorney Kent Mawhinney, a friend of Fotis, are facing conspiracy to commit murder charges in connection with Jennifer Dulos' death; her body has not been recovered.

Attorney Christopher Hug has been appointed the estate's temporary administrator, and he is in the midst of compiling an inventory of the assets.
