Bankwell Branch Manager Joins Board of Trackside Teen Center of Wilton

Ann Mitrione, Vice President and Branch Manager of Bankwell’s Wilton branch, has been named to the Board of Directors of the Trackside Teen Center of Wilton. The mission of the Wilton-based Trackside Teen Center is to promote healthy age-appropriate development for teens and pre-teens in Wilton. This is achieved by providing an environment designed to develop positive social skills and social competence, foster moral development, and enhance self-esteem -- all of which are related to reduced risk-taking behavior, academic success, and healthy interpersonal relationships.

Ms. Mitrione joined Bankwell in 2014 and has spent most of her 25-year career in banking sales, marketing and customer service. Her diverse experience in the financial industry also includes strategic planning, risk evaluation and team leadership.

A Wilton resident, Ms. Mitrione has supported local organizations throughout Fairfield County as a volunteer, and has served on various local committees.
