Bankwell in New Canaan Hosts New Canaan Community Foundation "I Love New Canaan" Contest Photos, Opening Reception March 12

As part of an ongoing effort to provide value to the community, Bankwell in New Canaan will be hosting a free reception to mark the opening of a photo exhibit featuring images from the New Canaan Community Foundation’s 2014 “I Love New Canaan” photo contest on Thursday, March 12 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the Elm Street branch.
The exhibit will be on display for the community to enjoy through the end of May.
The photos from the First Annual “I Love New Canaan” contest include the work of both amateur and professional photographers featuring the people, places and events that make New Canaan such a special place to live. Local judges from New Canaan High School, the Carriage Barn Arts Center and the Silvermine Arts Center reviewed more than 100 entries and selected the winning photos.
