Blighted New Canaan Property Could Face Thousands in Fines
The owner hasn't made repairs that were mandated nearly six months ago.
A Woodbridge Circle homeowner could face up to $17,000 in blight fines after officials cited the property for blight more than five months ago
City officials say the property at 4 Woodbridge Circle has damaged, missing or loose siding and unkempt yards, according to the New Canaanite.
A notice of violation was sent to the owner on July 1.
