Clear Leader on Top of Field Hockey Poll Rankings

Last week's Connecticut field hockey coaches poll resulted in a tie for the top position. The latest balloting, however, produced a clear cut leader, as New Canaan copped six of eight first-place votes to sit alone atop the rankings.

Darien captured the other two top votes to move from fourth position into second.

Here are the top 10, with last week's ranking in parentheses, as well as all other teams garnering votes.
