Construction Worker Injured in New Canaan

A construction worker was injured during a fall at a New Canaan construction site Monday.

The incident occurred around noon at 252 Carter Street.

The worker was stabilized at the scene and was lowered to the ground from a second floor window, according to the New Canaanite. He was taken to the hospital.

Occupational Safety and Health Administration was contacted and is expected to conduct its own investigation.
