Coronavirus New Canaan: Some Test Appointments Need Rescheduling
Drive-thru testing for COVID-19 continues in New Canaan, but some appointments need to be rescheduled, officials announced.
NEW CANAAN, CT — As the town continues its appointments-only, drive-thru coronavirus (COVID-19) testing, some of those appointments need to be rescheduled, according to Emergency Management Director Mike Handler.
Testing is being conducted at in the parking lot at Saxe Middle School by Murphy Associates, but only those with symptoms, who have been screened by a doctor, and who have filled out an online form are being tested.
"If you have successfully registered for a drive-thru New Canaan test and have previously been given an appointment, please answer your phone when Murphy Associates calls." Handler said. "They are attempting to reschedule your appointment to today or tomorrow but are having difficulty reaching you."
