NEW CANAAN, CT — Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group is putting its New Canaan portfolio of apartments near downtown up for sale, officials announced.
The portfolio is comprised of seven multi-family properties that contain a total of 17 units. Combined the properties total more than 20,800 square feet.
