Decision Reached On 2-Family Development In New Canaan: Report
The project is proposed for East Avenue.
NEW CANAAN, CT — A new two-family development has been approved by the New Canaan Planning and Zoning Commission for East Avenue near Raymond Street, reports the New Canaan Advertiser.
The project will include a walkway to a planned medical/residential development on adjacent Vitti Street, which like the East Avenue project is also being developed by Arthur Collins.
The East Avenue development will have a two-bedroom apartment on the first floor and a three-bedroom apartment on the second floor. It will also include garage space for the two units.
