Donate To The New Canaan Human Services Back-To-School Drive
The department is also seeking donations for its food pantry.
NEW CANAAN, CT — As the new school year rapidly approaches, the New Canaan Department of Human Services is seeking donations for its back-to-school drive and food pantry.
"Whether it’s a monetary donation, a Walmart gift card, or non-perishable food items, every little bit helps. Let’s come together to support our community and make this season brighter for everyone," the town said in a Facebook post Monday.
Monetary donations and Walmart gift cards can be dropped off at Human Services, 77 Main St., between 7:45 a.m. and 3 p.m. A list of needed food pantry items can be found here.

Food donations can be dropped at the food pantry which is located at St. Mark's Church, 111 Oenoke Ridge, between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m.
