THIS SATURDAY WE WILL BE TASTING A WINE FROM VALENCIA ON SPAIN'S MEDITERRANEAN COAST CASTILLO DE FUENTE MONASTRELL 2009 @ 7.99/per bottle. This wine has a hedonistic bouquet rich with primary aromas of blackberry, figs, plums and prunes accented notes of tobacco, pepper and brandied cherries. On the palate it is ripe and layered with full bodied flavor and plush soft tannins leading to a long smooth finish.
