Family Medicine Doctor Joins Nuvance Health In New Canaan
Dr. Aesha Patel recently joined Nuvance Health Medical Practices' primary care office in New Canaan.
NEW CANAAN, CT — Dr. Aesha Patel recently joined Nuvance Health Medical Practices and sees children and adults in the New Canaan primary care office.
According to a news release, the New Canaan office is located at 38 East Avenue.
"Compassionate care begins with creating everlasting relationships with patients and getting to understand their personalized needs," Patel said in a news release. "I cherish my relationships with my patients and desire to build an ongoing trust. Primary care is all about teamwork."

Most recently, the doctor completed a residency and was chief resident at Garnet Health Medical Center in Middletown, N.Y.
A graduate of Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine, she holds a doctor of osteopathic medicine degree. Osteopathy is the study of "whole person" medicine.

Patel's bachelor's degree is in psychology from New York University in New York City. She also speaks Hindi, Gujarati and some Spanish.
Patel's hobbies include traveling, exploring cities and mountains, admiring art and reading.
