Fire Flow Tests To Be Performed Monday In New Canaan: DPW
Aquarion will perform fire flow tests Monday night in New Canaan, which may affect the color of some residents' water, according to DPW.
NEW CANAAN, CT — Aquarion will perform fire flow tests Monday night on seven streets in New Canaan, according to the town's Department of Public Works.
According to a list posted to Twitter, fire flow tests will occur at the following locations:
- South Ave
- Burtis Ave
- Elm St
- Main St
- Maple St
- Mead St
- Morse Court
DPW noted residents may experience discolored water during and after the process and advised running the cold water faucet until it is clear.
