New Canaan – First County Bank Foundation continues their tradition of supporting important local charities by making a $2,500 donation to the New Canaan Community Foundation.
New Canaan branch manager Aitza Cabrera and Business Development Officer David Van Buskirk recently presented the check to the Foundation’s Executive Director Cynthia Gorey and Board President Dave Hunt.
“First County Bank has been a generous supporter of the Foundation’s philanthropic efforts for the past four years, donating a total of $10,000 in that time period, “said Foundation Executive Director Cynthia Gorey. “As a community bank, they are a great partner in our work to promote philanthropy in New Canaan and we are grateful for their wonderful contributions. Their confidence in the Foundation, and in our ability to use these resources to make a difference in the lives of our residents, is inspiring.”
