Former New Canaan Caregiver Arrested Again In Fraud Case: Police
The suspect was first charged with 31 counts of credit card theft in 2016.

NEW CANAAN, CT — A 25-year-old Jonesboro, Georgia woman, who formerly worked as a caregiver in New Canaan, was arrested on a warrant Thursday for allegedly skipping court appearances in connection with her 31-count credit card fraud case from 2014, according to New Canaan police.
Tyetianna Owens-Coles, formerly of Bridgeport, surrendered to New Canaan police Thursday morning and was charged with first-degree failure to appear. She was held in lieu of bail of $10,000 and was scheduled to be arraigned in Norwalk Superior Court the same day.
Owens-Coles was working as a caregiver in a New Canaan home in 2014 when she allegedly committed forgery, larceny, credit card theft and illegal use of a credit card (31 counts).
