Former New Canaan Chef Buys Westport Restaurant
Brian Lewis who helped make Elm a popular restaurant in New Canaan will take over a popular Westport restaurant.
Former Elm Restaurant chef Brian Lewis bought Westport’s farm-to-table establishment LeFarm.
LeFarm chef and owner Bill Taibe said that it was a ”no-brainer” that Lewis could carry on the legacy already established at LeFarm, according to the New Canaanite.
Elm became an extremely popular restaurant in New Canaan under Lewis’ tenure. LeFarm will have its last night Tuesday and Lewis hasn’t announced yet what is in store for the establishment.
