Former New Canaan School Cafeteria Workers Consider Plea Deals
The three former school system employees are accused of stealing nearly $500,000 from the district.
STAMFORD, CT — The three former New Canaan school food service workers, who are accused of stealing nearly half a million dollars, have been offered plea deals in the case, writes The Hour.
Sisters Joanne Pascarelli and Marie Wilson, and former food services director Bruce Gluck, recently were offered undisclosed plea deals by prosecutors, and are scheduled to discuss the deals at their next court date of Dec. 2.
Gluck reportedly rejected the deal, but Pascarelli and Wilson have not yet decided, according to the publication.

The three are accused of stealing money from the school system over at least a five-year period, and all of them have entered pleas of not guilty.
Pascarelli and Wilson were arrested on first-degree larceny charges in the summer of 2018, while the retired Gluck was arrested in the spring of 2019.
