According to police, the school's resource officer spotted Moroch trying to enter the cafeteria through an exterior door. When the officer asked him who he was and what he was doing, Moroch allegedly told the officer he was a 17-year-old who recently transfered to the school.
"A subsequent investigation determined that Moroch was a former student at NCHS, was 22 years old, and when questioned why he was at NCHS he could not provide a valid reason, or a truthful explanation of his intentions for being on school grounds," wrote police in a statement.
