Join Grace Farms’ Chef Neena Perez to master culinary basics in the Commons kitchen among a community of junior food enthusiasts. This 4-week introductory class will offer opportunities to cook, bake and learn the way around a professional kitchen. Each class is designed to teach a different set of skills, ranging from sautéing, braising and poaching, to puff pastry dough mixing and cake decorating.
Students will work with Neena’s fresh ingredients to create sweet and savory meals, taking home recipes to repeat for family at home.
Each junior chef will receive a Grace Farms apron.
