Hub Building to be Assessed by New Canaan
The organization that managed the teen center reportedly went years without filing tax returns too.

NEW CANAAN, CT- The town is in the process of assessing what work needs to be done with the building that formerly housed the Outback Teen Center.
A general assessment from Public Works is expected to be complete within two to three weeks, according to the New Canaanite.

An organization that took over the building after the teen center closed failed to persuade town officials to pony up taxpayer money in order to keep operations at the building. The plan lacked basic details on revenue or feasibility, according to the New Canaanite.
The organization that oversaw the teen center when it was in operation apparently didn't file IRS 990 forms for at least three years. Forms were filed retroactively.
